Working with young horses

Working with young horses is the most directly satisfying training you can do. You have the opportunity to introduce a horse to his new life and give him the tools to be happy to do his job. Everything is up to you and him : you are shaping is mental disposition and his muscular system. The contact with the bit is pure and honest. If you stay steady and patient, the dialog will soon blossom in a pleasant and playful work athmosphere. Horse can love to learn new things if you always take the time to be fully understood, so that he knows what is good and what is bad and i believe that horses naturally love to please.

But working with young horses is also a very demanding task that need to be trusted to someone that will not confused the young horse with uncertain aids, someone that will understand when the horse is ready to learn new exercices, when it's important to be firm, and when you have to tolerate the little flaws of the beginner. It is all about timing and awareness.
Because every horse learn differently and react differently to new challenges, the rider, more than in any other case, has to always be a very subtle observer, act and correct quickly so that no bad habits are taken.

I'll be happy to be this person and help your horse start his working life in the best manner.
